Primary Seven hosted the annual Burns’ Supper today. We invited our parents and members of the community as our guests.
There were several poems, musical entertainment and a special toast to Robert Burns! India recited the ‘Address to a Haggis’ and there was the ‘Toast to the Lassies’ and the ‘Reply from the Lassies’, written by the pupils. As well as this there were some Scottish refreshments including the very popular Irn Bru! Campbell’s of Callander kindly donated shortbread for the event and D Campbell & Son also from Callander donated haggis for the oatcakes. It was such a success and we hope everyone enjoyed it!
