Burns Poetry

On Monday 23rd January we held the Burns Poetry competition where the 5 finalists from each of Primaries 3 to 7 performed in front of the school and judge Mrs Oswald. Burns Medals were awarded to 1st place in each Primary.

1st, 2nd and 3rd places were awarded and these pupils will recite their poems at the Burns Celebration on Tuesday 31st January at 2:30pm in the school hall. All families and community members are invited to join us. P1 and P2 will also recite their poems

Well done to everyone who learned their poem to recite in class and congratulations to the finalists and medal winners. A special thank you to Mrs Oswald for judging the competition.
