Primary 2/3, 3/4 and 5/6 visited Glasgow Science Centre recently. It was a beautiful sunny day and we had a lovely time. Some of us had lunch by the river.
Primary 2 attended a workshop called ‘Journey Through My Body’ where they learned about how food travels through the body, the importance of diet and making healthy choices.
Primary 3-6 attended a science show called ‘Blood, Bile and Body Bits’. They found out about the workings of the human digestive and circulatory systems.
We all visited the Science Mall and had fun with different experiments and activities. Some of P2 got to touch a Madagascan Hissing Cockroach!
It was also Harry’s birthday and everyone in the lunch hall sang ‘Happy Birthday’ to him. Lucky Harry!
