Thursday the 22nd & 29th April and 6th & 13th of May
P7 Skiing lessons will start after the Easter break. The bus will leave the school at 9.15a.m. and return at approximately 12.45. Everyone taking part will require a packed lunch.
The Ski Centre has given the following advice with regard to clothing-
CLOTHING – Long sleeved jumper, long socks, waterproof jacket and GLOVES are essential. Gloves must be supplied by the pupil NO GLOVES – NO SKIING. Gloves will NOT be supplied at the ski slope.
JACKETS – these must be fastened at all times when on the slope. Toggles should be tied in a double knot.
WEATHER – Skiing is an outdoor activity and takes place in all weather conditions. Appropriate wet/cold weather clothing should be worn. It is advisable to have a change of clothing, which could be left, in school.
