P7 Class of 2011
On Tuesday 14th June P7 held their Leavers Assembly, The Class of 2011. They performed a musical of their 10 year reunion, sharing their many memories of primary school. They sang specially written lyrics to songs and got the chance to make the most of their singing and dancing talents.
The Parent Council presented all the P7s with dictionaries which we hope they make good use of in senior school. P7 have been busy getting their dictionaries signed by their friends and staff as a memory of their time at Kippen.
The Depute at Balfron High School, Mr McKay, was very impressed with the talents on show and he wished P7 well in their journey to senior school. He commented on the lovely feeling that Kippen Primary has and how welcome he has been made to feel when he comes to visit. He thought that the pupils have made the most of their opportunities at Kippen Primary and that he hopes they do the same in the next step of their journey.
The P7 parents and guests shared in the celebration and enjoyed the entertainment, alongside our special guests Mrs Clark, Mr Rose and Mr and Mrs Marshall.
