New Lunch Ordering and Payment System


Dear parents/carers


You will have received a Parentpay Activation letter home with your child on Wednesday.  Please follow the instructions to activate your account. You will be able to change your password to one of your choice.  If you already have an account for another child  then you can add your child to this.


We would encourage as many parents as possible to pay for school meals and school trips via this system to cut down the amount of cash being processed within the school.


Lunches will be ordered by children on a daily basis and we would encourage you to discuss this with your child before school.  Pupils will choose daily from an interactive screen in the classroom.


If your child is having a school lunch and has an appointment in the morning, please advise the school before 9am so a lunch can be ordered on their behalf. We cannot order lunches for late pupils or unexplained absences unless we have been informed to do so. As our lunches are made off site, we have no means of providing for unexpected lunches.


We hope you find this system a much easier and more convenient way to pay for lunches and other items associated with the school.


Please note that we will no longer be using the weekly lunch order slips as the new system is a daily ordering system and will require children to know their choice daily.


If you have ordered a lunch in the latter part of this week and log in to see a debit or a credit on your account, this will be rectified in the week after the holidays.
