P2/3 will visit The National Museum of Scotland on Friday 24th of February for the “Unwrapping the Mummy” workshop and a visit to the Egypt Gallery. The bus will leave at 9am and return to school for 3.15pm. Children will need a packed lunch and a drink in a disposable bag, and to wear their school uniform. We are looking for one parent to volunteer to come as a helper. If more than one person volunteers, we will select a name at random.
The cost is £10 per child and payment should be sent to the school by Monday the 20th of February. Children can also take up to £3 spending money for the shop, if there is time left to visit it.
