Children in Need 2010

On Friday 19th November the children and staff participated in fundraising for Children in Need. The Pupil Council organised the whole day which had a ‘Spots and Stripes’ theme. Everyone dressed up in spots and stripes and donated money. During assembly they told us all about the charity and we watched a PowerPoint presentation.

Then the Pupil Council judged the spots and stripes costumes.

Winners of this years spots and stripes!

The winners in each class were Lucy (P6/7), Leighton (P5/6), Rory (P4/5), Nyree (P2/3) and Gregor (P1/2).

In the afternoon we had lots of fun and got to take part in different activities. There was face painting, biscuit decorating, spotty painting, games in the sports hall and board games.

There were many Pudsy Bears in Kippen for Children in Need!

Thank you very much to Miss Martin, the Pupil Council and all the teachers for organising such a fun day.

The most important thing was that we raised £150.00 for Children in Need! Well done to everyone for taking part.
