On Street Fair day we are raising money by:
- selling teas, coffees and home-baking in the school hall between 11am and 2pm
- guess the weight of the salmon, £1 a go – winner gets the salmon!
We need your help. To make this event a success we need at least 26 people helping. Please can you return the slip at the bottom of the letter coming home from school to the school office by Friday 21 May indicating when you are able to help and what you are able to donate.
Please can you help with one or more of the following:
Set up 10.45am – 11am
In the cafe 11am – 12pm
In the cafe 12pm – 1pm
In the cafe 1pm – 2pm
Clearing up 2pm onwards
And please can you donate one of the following: home baking / tea bags / coffee / sugar / milk / squash
