Pots of fun at Daffodil Tea

On Friday the 19th March we held a Daffodil Tea in the school. Parents and friends visited the school and were able to visit all our classes and look at all our hard work. We served tea and cakes in the school hall and our visitors were able to listen to some of us sing and perform. We also officially launched our school website and everyone got a yellow pencil with the website address printed on it.

“It was great because the parents saw our work and I think they enjoyed it. It was nice to show off all my hard work.” (Harriet, P5)
“I loved the Scottish Café and lots of people came. My mum and dad enjoyed seeing my hard work.” (Calum, P4)
“I liked to see my mummy and daddy in school, but I wouldn’t like it every day! I showed them around and we made fairy cakes in the classroom. My sister wanted to stay in the dungeon of our castle.” (Lottie, P1)
