Book Fair

Children wishing to buy books and stationery from the Travelling Books Book Fair should bring money to school on Monday 3rd June.

Classes visited the book fair on Thursday to write a wish list so have a look for this in their bag if you haven’t already seen their list. It helps if the money is in an envelope with the books you wish them to buy clearly marked on the front of the envelope or highlighted on their wish list. Don’t forget there’s a 3 for 2 offer on books- get the cheapest of the 3 books for free.

Many thanks to everyone who visited the book fair on Thursday evening and thanks to the Parent Council and Amy from the P7 library committee who helped to run the fair during the Parent Consultations. There must be plenty of keen readers at Kippen Primary School judging by the amount of books sold.

Popular book titles will need to be ordered so don’t worry if your child comes home without all/some of the books you paid for. They will be ordered and should be delivered later on in the week.

Thank you to everyone who supports the book fair. The commission helps to purchase new books for classes to enjoy.

Don’t forget your money on Monday if you’ve not bought your books yet. The 3 for 2 offer is a great opportunity to stock up on books for the summer holidays. Stationery items are priced from 50p for rubbers, pencils and notepads to £2 for pencil cases.
