As part of the Active Schools 2015 programme a cycling skills event is being held on Tuesday 5th May. This event is open to all pupils. At the event children will have the opportunity to try out lots of fun cycling challenges and activities as well as testing out their skills on the bike track. Details of the event are as follows:
Tuesday 5th May at Thornhill Bike Track (please note there is no parking at the bike track in the interest of safety, please use nearby alternatives).
4:00pm – 5:00pm is open to pupils in Primary 1-3
5:00pm – 6:00pm is open to pupils in Primary 4-7
In order to participate children must bring their own bike (in good working order) and helmet (this is compulsory) and must be able to cycle independently.
