Stirling Council are running a Cycle Trainer Assistant course on Tuesday 22nd March at Stirling Rugby Club aimed at parents or school volunteers. The course begins at 9.00 and finishes 4.30 and is free of charge.
Cycle Trainer Assistants help deliver Bikeability Scotland training to upper primary pupils.
This programme delivers both playground based activities and on-road cycling experience to primary school pupils enabling them to gain confidence and competence to use their bikes to and from school and in their local communities.
If you would be interested in getting involved in this please contact the school by Wednesday 24th February.
Mrs Street has trained as a Cycle Trainer Assistant and she would welcome parents or family volunteers to assist with delivering a cycling programme in the future.
