Read what 4 of our pupils are going to do on Christmas Day:
We are Murray (8) and Gregor (5) and we recently watched Martha Payne’s BBC documentary about feeding lots of children who don’t have food and we wanted to help feed some of them too. So we are going to do a sponsored hill climb of Dumyat in the Ochil Hills on Christmas Day and release 31 Christmas Balloons at the top. We are releasing 31 balloons to celebrate ‘Child 31’. You can find out all about Mary’s Meals here – http://www.marysmeals.org.uk/ . We think they are brilliant because they help lots of children go to school and get fed.
Please help us to help Mary’s Meals by sponsoring our Christmas Day hill climb.
Murray and Gregor
Hi everyone. Our friends Murray and Gregor had a great idea, to raise some money for children who don’t get food or an education, and to do something different on Christmas day, so we thought we would join them! So on Christmas morning we are going to climb up Dumyat, a hill in the Ochils, and release 31 balloons from the top. Hopefully the weather will be nice, and we can have some snow ball fights along the way!
We know it’s Christmas time and everybody is short of money, but most of us will have a hot meal and presents to open on Christmas Day, so we thought it would be nice to give something to those who aren’t so lucky. Please give what you can, by clicking below, and Mary’s Meals will make sure that kids all over the world get an education and are given a meal every day.
