Isla wins bronze in the 80metres
The athletics team
Kippen Primary school were one of 24 school competing in the Stirling Primary Schools Track & Field Championships 2010. Our team of 10 athletes from P6 and P7 performed well in the events which included 80m, 150m, 600m, long jump and javelin. Isla Singleton won a bronze medal for the girls 80m. The standard of competition was extremely high, with many competitors competing at regional and national level. Thank you to the parents who transported children, to Dr Lyle who helped at the event and to our athletes who were ambassadors for good sportsmanship and responsible behaviour.
