Murren wins 3rd place in the javelin
On 1st June our track and field team jumped on the bus and headed for Stirling University ready to compete in active Stirling’s track and field contest.
The event included 80m sprint, 150m sprint, 600m run, long jump, javelin and a 5x100m relay.
The boy’s team was Angus, Evan, Ben W, Torin & Lachlan M. and the girls team was Abbie, Lucy, Murren, Luca & India.
It was a great day and everyone enjoyed it. Lachlan said, “It was great fun competing against other schools. Well done Murren for getting a bronze medal in the javelin.”
